whaaaat? OS 3.0 doesn’t work??

My iPod does do the speaker when calling, by then when you go out of the call, it does not workk

after trying it I’m having trouble with the speaker trick. i can set it to speaker no prob with each call but after i close skype it doesn’t work like shown with the calculator and such. is that something to do with it being jailbroken?
